“Perverznek nevezi a nemzeti konzultációt a brüsszeli Szakszervezeti Konföderáció” – írja az Index.hu.
A brüsszeli szervezet rendkívüli aggodalmának ad hangot, és arra az álláspontra helyezkedik, hogy a miniszterelnök levele és a kérdőív “a migráció és a terrorizmus közvetlen összekapcsolásával perverz kísérletet tesz a migránsok kriminalizálására és a populizmus szítására”.
A szakszervezeti szövetség szerint a téves feltevések csak rossz politikákhoz vezethetnek, és biztosan nem szolgálják a magyarok érdekeit. Az érdekképviseleti szervezet úgy véli, hogy az uniós migrációs politikák aláásásával a miniszterelnök nem a külföldön élő és dolgozó sok százezer magyar érdekeivel összhangban cselekszik.
A brüsszeli szervezet szerint a terrorizmus és az unió határvidékén zajló tragédia összekapcsolása perverz módon próbál rájátszani az emberek félelmeire politikai célú manipulálásuk érdekében.
“Ez a viselkedés rendkívül aggasztó és teljesen elfogadhatatlan” – fogalmaz közleményében az ETUC.

“Viktor Orban’s national consultation on immigration and terrorism clearly tries to instil anti-immigrant and anti-European sentiments in the Hungarian population. It delivers false message which run counter to fundamental European values enshrined in EU Treaties and International Conventions,” says Luca Visentini, ETUC Confederal Secretary.
“In undermining EU migration policies, Mr Orban is not acting in the interests of the hundreds of thousands of Hungarian citizens living and working abroad”.
“The introductory text, as well as the way the questions are formulated, show clearly the Hungarian Government’s opposition to everything the European Union stands for, and contravene basic principles of humanity.”
“Linking terrorism to the human tragedy taking place on European borders is a perverse attempt to play on the fears of ordinary citizens and manipulate them for political purposes. This behaviour is extremely worrying and totally unacceptable. European trade unions call upon the Hungarian Government to stop this consultation process.”
